These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Teacher Screen, operated by Sky Network Pty Ltd (ABN: 63 145 355 353) ("we," "us," "our," or "Sky Network").

By using our services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• If acting on behalf of an organisation, you have authority to bind that organisation

Teacher Screen is an AI-native classroom operating system that provides:

• Interactive classroom display widgets (timers, polls, games, learning tools)
• AI-powered learning companions for students
• Classroom management and student tracking
• Content creation tools (quizzes, flashcards, assignments)
• Wellbeing monitoring and safety features

2.1 Service Tiers

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

• Teacher Accounts: For educators to create and manage classrooms
• Student Accounts: For students to access classroom content and AI companions
• Admin Accounts: For school administrators to manage multiple teachers

3.3 Student Accounts

When using Teacher Screen, you agree NOT to:

All content you upload or create must:

• Be appropriate for educational settings
• Not contain hate speech, violence, or explicit material
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies. Serious violations may be reported to appropriate authorities.

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Auto-renewal occurs unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods (except where required by ACL)

Teacher Screen, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Sky Network Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using Teacher Screen (quizzes, flashcards, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content to provide our services.

6.3 Student Data

Schools retain ownership of student data. We process student data only to provide services and as directed by schools, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sky Network Pty Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or create

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.5% service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with appropriate notice.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Pose a security risk to our systems or other users

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution
